El plan de carrera que queremos desarrollar es continuo y de larga duración. Queremos que todos los miembros de nuestro grupo de vuelo sean totalmente competentes. Por tanto creemos que la enseñanza debe der ser extensa y lo más especifica posible.
Se dividirá en tres fases de adiestramiento
La primera se desarrollará en la escuela elemental ( AGAv ), en la que aprenderá el modo de vuelo básico y acrobático. Tras superar una serie de horas y unos exámenes prácticos, según la puntuación obtenida por cada alumno y sus gustos, será propuesto para destinarlo a una de las academias avanzadas ( caza y ataque o transporte ) de la FAE EAV.
( IMPORTANTE. Llegados a este punto a cada almuno se le dará una carta electrónica informativa con los requisitos obligatorios a disponer para la continuación de el adiestramiento según sus gustos y aspiraciones ( caza y ataque o transporte ).
La segunda, el alumno estará en la escuela avanzada, donde deberá realizar la instrucción y horas pertinentes para el aprendizaje de su cometido, que en un futuro desarrollará en un escuadrón específico.
Tercera y última. Tras la superar la instrucción avanzada y tras la elección del alumno ( por sus puntos obtenidos y gustos ) el escuadrón donde deseará volar, este realizará una formación especifica de la aeronave asignada en la base aérea que corresponda. Desde este momento, el alumno podrá realizar eventos a nivel nacional con el escuadrón ó por separado.
Asignación del escuadrón
Una vez finalizada la formación específica, según la puntuación obtenida , el alumno será propuesto a los diferentes destinos y escuadrones disponibles que vuelen la aeronave asignada a dicho alumno.
En destino final
El alumno dejará de ser alumno y formará parte del escuadrón destinado. El piloto estará cualificado para formar parte de la fuerza operativa del escuadrón, realizando de ese modo, maniobras semanales ( 1 a la semana mínimo ), eventos nacionales e internacionales, misiones de diferentes tipos e incluso ( según disponibilidad del piloto ) guardias.
Todo esto en un gran abanico de maniobras / eventos / misiones que hemos desarrollado, estamos desarrollando y desarrollaremos en un futuro.
Medallas / Distinciones
Todo miembro del FAE EAV, tanto almuno como piloto, podrá obtener en su ficha personal cualquier medalla o distinción que se le otorgue según proceda. Cabe la posibilidad de que en un futuro pueda ser ascendido y propuesto para desempeñar un cargo específico en el mando del FAE EAV.
Esta sería la carrera militar virtual que proponemos a los nuevos aspirantes que les gustasen formar parte del FAE EAV. Como anteriormente dijimos, el principal objetivo nuestro es la diversión y aprendizaje. Pero también nos gustaría formar una gran familia y poder realizar más eventos entre todos nosotros. Tanto Online como presencialmente en quedadas, eventos aéreos a nivel nacional, etc…

Virtual military career plan
The career plan we want to develop is continuous and long lasting. We want all members of our flight group to be fully competent. We the refore believe that teaching should be extensive and as specific as possible.
It will be divided into three phases
The first will be developed in a basic school (AGAv), in which you will learn the basic and acrobatic flight mode. After passing a series of hours and practical exams, according to the score obtained by each student and their tastes, will be proposed for use at one of the advanced Academies of the FAE EAV.
( IMPORTANT. At this point each almuno will be given an electronic letter of information with the mandatory requirements to be available for the continuation of training. According to your tastes and aspirations )
The second, the student will be in the advanced school, where he must perform the instruction and hours for the learning of his/her task, which in a future will un roll in a specific squadron.
Third and last. After passing the advanced instruction and after the election of the almuno ( for his points obtained and tastes ) of the squadron where he will want, will carry out aspecific training of the aircraft assigned at the appropriate airbase. From this moment, the student will be able to carry out events at the national level with the squad or separately.
Squad assignment
Once the specific training has been passed and approved, according to the score obtained, it will be proposed to the different destinations and squadrons available that fly the aircraft assigned to the student.
Destination
The student will no longer be a student and will be part of the intended squadron. The pilot will be qualified to be part of the squadrons operational force. Performing in this way, weekly maneuvers ( 1 to the minimum week), national and international events missions of different types and even ( depending on pilot’s availability ) guards.
All this in a great range of maneuvers / events / missions that we have developed, we are developing and will develop in the future.
Medals / Distinctions
Any FAE EAV member, both student and pilot, may obtain on his/her personal file any medal or distinction awarded to him or her as appropriate. It is possible that in the future it may be promoted and proposed to hold a specific position in command of the FAE EAV.
This would be the virtual military career that we propose to new hopefuls who liked to be part of the FAE EAV. As we said earlier, our main goal is fun and learning. But we would also like to start a large family and be able to perform more events among all of us. Both online and in person in stays, aerial events at national level, etc…
