Desde el Estado Mayor del Aire virtual ( EMAv ) queremos comunicar a todas las personas que deesen ingresar en el EAV que lo que puede ofrecer este grupo de vuelo es el compromiso pleno por parte de los instructores y mandos, la diversión en equipo, compañerismo, la enseñanza del vuelo militar y el aprendizaje sobre la carrera militar virtual. De igual manera, pedimos el pleno compromiso, seriedad y respeto de los nuevos reclutas hacia el STAFF o miembros que forman este grupo.
De ese modo, el Ejército del Aire virtual establece unos requisitos mínimos y un breve FORMULARIO DE RECLUTAMIENTO previo al alta de nuevos reclutas. Para el correcto funcionamiento de la FAE EAV es necesario leer con detenimiento los siguientes artículos.
From the Virtual Mayor State (EMAv) we want to communicate to all the people who want to enter the FAE EAV that what this flight group can offer is full commitment from instructors and controls, team fun, camaraderie, teaching military flight and learning about the virtual military career. In the same way, we ask for the full commitment, seriousness and respect of the new recruits towards the STAFF or members that make up this group.
In this way, the virtual Air Force establishes the relevant privacy policy, minimum requirements and a brief RECRUITMENT FORM prior to the registration of new recruits. For the correct functioning of the FAE EAV it is necessary to carefully read the privacy policy and the following articles.
1/ La falta de respeto a algún miembro del EAV o al Staff se considerará falta muy grave, por lo que el miembro que infringiera dicho artículo sería expulsado.
1 / Lack of respect for any member of the FAE EAV or the Staff will be considered a very serious offense, so the member who violates said article would be expelled.
2/ El nuevo recluta debe de tener una cuenta personal en la red de vuelo de IVAO con un mínimo de 25 horas de vuelo y superar un mes de prueba en el FAE EAV.
2 / The new recruit must have a personal account in the IVAO flight network with a minimum of 25 flight hours and pass one month of testing in the FAE EAV.
3/ Tener conocimientos funcionales sobre el software de vuelo de IVAO. ( IVAP / ALTITUD )

4/ Tener como edad mínima de 16 años.
4.1/ Existen excepciones de ingreso para miembros de menor edad. Consultenos a nuestro email

5/ Comprometerse a realizar un mínimo número de 4 horas de vuelo repartidas en 30 días del mes en curso; pudiendo retrasar un máximo de 2 horas de vuelo ( por motivos excepcionales ) al siguiente mes. Realizando las mismas en un plazo de 15 días.
5 / Commit to make a minimum number of 4 flight hours spread over 30 days of the current month; being able to delay a maximum of 2 flight hours (due to exceptional circumstances) to the following month. Carrying out the same within a period of 15 days.
6/ La falta de asistencia ha de comunicarse con al menos 24 h de antelación, el no comunicar la falta de asistencia o el comunicar más de dos faltas de asistencia en ese mes, se estaría infringiendo la normativa y por lo cual se sancionaría a dicho miembro.
6 / The lack of attendance must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, failure to report the lack of attendance or reporting more than two absences in that month, would be violating the regulations and therefore the member would be expelled of the FAE EAV.
7/ La puntualidad y el tenerlo todo preparado para la misión, vuelo y/o operación es primordial, y como norma, esto debe cumplirse para no afectar al resto de pilotos.
7 / Punctuality and having everything prepared for the mission, flight and / or operation is essential and as a rule this must be met so as not to affect the rest of the pilots.
8/ Las personas que lleguen tarde al Briefing no realizaran el vuelo y se le contara como falta de asistencia. Se le aplicaría a el miembro el Articulo 6.
8 / People who arrive late to the Briefing will not make the flight and will be counted as lack of assistance and Article 6 would apply.
9/ El uso del Discord es de manera moral y profesional, desde esta presente normativa se prohíbe el descontrol, la falta de respeto a otros compañeros justificada o injustificada y los comentarios que sean de índole bromista. Una cosa es pasar un buen rato en compañía y otra cosa es excederse.
9 / The use of Discord we are going to treat it in a moral and professional way, from this present regulation uncontrolled, justified or unjustified lack of respect for other colleagues and comments, whether of a joking nature, is prohibited, one thing is to have a good time in company and another thing is to exceed.
10/ Todos los miembros están obligados a conocerse esta normativa. De ser así ,el buen funcionamiento del FAE EAV sera el correcto.

11/ El Incumplimiento de las normas de IVAO se considerará falta muy grave y el piloto que infrinja dichas normas, ya sea las del EAV o las de IVAO, será expulsado.
11 / Failure to comply with the IVAO rules will be considered a very serious offense and the rider who violates these rules, be it those of the EAV or the IVAO, will be expelled.
12/ Todos los vuelos deben ser volados ONLINE y reportados con SimAcars no siendo validados sino se cumplen estas dos premisas.
12 / All flights must be flown ONLINE and reported with SimAcars, not being validated if these two premises are not met.
13/ Todo aquel vuelo que se detecte el uso del modo SLEW (Y), será rechazado y borrado. El uso continuo puede suponer sanción para el miembro ó expulsión directa.
13 / Any flight that is detected using SLEW mode (Y) will be rejected and deleted. Continued use may result in direct expulsion.
14/ Por la naturaleza de las aeronaves que se usarán para el vuelo, los reportes deberán ser coherentes.
14 / Due to the nature of the aircraft that will be used for the flight, the reports must be consistent.
15/ Queda totalmente prohibido la realización de vuelos sin piloto al mando para hacer horas de vuelo. Quedando a juicio del Mando Aéreo General ( MAGENv ) la expulsión de los pilotos que realicen dichas acciones.
15 / It is totally forbidden to carry out flights without a pilot in command for flight hours, leaving the expulsion of the pilots who carry out such actions at the discretion of the directive.
16 / Si cualquier miembro de la FAE EAV alcanzase la condición de INACTIVO en la VSOG, será notificado expresamente por correo electrónico y será modificada su condición en nuestros servidores. De igual modo se INACTIVARÁ al miembro de los grupos de mensajería instantánia.
16 / If any member of the FAE EAV reaches the condition of INACTIVE in the the VSOG, he or she will be expressly notified by email and your condition on our servers will be changed. Like wise, the member of the instant messaging groups will be INACTIVATED.
Nota: El Ejército del Aire Virtual se reserva el derecho de: Cambiar y/o añadir artículos de la normativa. De ser así, todos los miembros serán avisados una vez se haya terminado la redacción de la nueva normativa.
